Who is your “team? This includes employees, volunteers, independent contractors, practitioners, accountants, lawyers, marketing assistants, billing assistants, front desk and back office employees. Anybody who invests a significant amount of time into your business can be included here.
This can include active elements, like blogging, doing social media or events in the community. But, it can also include passive elements like your website or online directories that do work for you even when you’re not actively engaging with them.
