Our sessions are run via Zoom. If another video call method is strongly preferred, we can discuss. But, having a high bandwidth connection and using an application like Zoom helps us do thinks like share our screen, and even interact directly with your website with your permission.
First session
Everyone has different needs for the initial engagement. Some want to work through several emergency problems. Some are more interested in connecting and exploring the landscape of issues. We will adapt that first session to your needs, and allow 60-90 minutes for this call.
During the initial call, we will sit with you as long as necessary to help with any tech issues that have come up, or to make sure you’re comfortable with the online community and other resources.
Follow-up sessions
- Follow-up 60m video calls after the intake call.
- Every call will start with a check-in, and end with establishment of goals and accountability measures for the following week.
This is the backbone of coaching work. We establish goals, discuss how we’re going to keep accountable to those goals, and then you do the work in your business, and come back with the results. We then reorient and proceed again! Over time, you make steady progress leading to your goal.
This is, and frequently becomes, space for venting, reorienting, thinking out loud and working out weird feelings. While we will always try to get and stay oriented around the goals initially set out for our engagement, there’s a natural ebb and flow of focus that is usually a net positive.
